OVERVIEW

Explore customer-centric innovative techniques to drive service excellence and productivity at the workplace. "Information is the oil of the 21st century, and analytics is the combustion engine." Peter Sondergaard, Gartner The course, through a mixture of learning, analysing and applying, aims to enhance participants' understanding of the basic yet powerful design thinking techniques (in rethinking how daily work and stakeholder interactions get done) whilst incorporating data analysis and visualisation methods.

Instructional delivery methods include a combination of process simulation, lectures, discussions, interactive exercises, and videos. Participants will return to their respective organisations with an in-depth perspective in handling service design-related initiatives equipped with design thinking tools as well as data analytics techniques.
